Xfinity corporate contact for complaints
Where can I find contact information to complain to corporate about technical support? There have always been issues, but today tops it all. Xfinity was out working with Dominion Power Co in my area and cut our cable internet line. No one came back to repair it so I started chatting with chat bot then a person to get someone out to repair the line. I spent over 1 hour explaining the situation to chat person after chat person, asked for a manager 8-10 times and never was able to speak with one, and went though the "reset of the modem" over and over after explaining the issue. I pay almost $2,000 every year just for internet. I expect better customer service/technical support service than is received. I need contact information for Xfinity corporate to file a formal complaint.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.

Well thanks for nothing because the Xfinity "help" on here just had the same song and dance of "your appointment is set for Saturday 9/13/25." So much for answering my question. I do not accept the answer, because there was no answer to my question.
