Xfinity contractor left holes and dirt on my yard after their work

Xfinity contractor dug up my yard and my neighbors yard, they left soft spots that sink all along the where they dig and left piles of dirt all along the the same area including against my siding. This is a hazard and must be fixed correctly by fixing the soft spots where the cable was put in using the random piles of dirt they left and plant new grass seed.
