Xfinity contractor breaks my services and no one cares

Xfinity contractor cut my homes connection while fixing my neighbors. My kids were doing their homework which is all online. The internet goes down. I wait a couple of minutes and checked to see everything was down. So I walked to the network box a few houses down. To see a couple of guys in regular clothes with a plain van parked by the Dmark. The box was open and wires were disconnected. They said they wouldn’t be long. 2 hours later I contacted customer support that said my services should be working. I told them there were contractors at the box but they left.  Customer support said that it was too late to get it fixed and they couldn’t send support out for 2 days. So they broke my internet and television services and can’t fix it for 2 days.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

We can help check if anything becomes available earlier for you, as well as provide a credit for the time services have been down. Please send our team a direct message with your full name and address.
