Xfinity Constrution info

We are on week 3 of trying to get construction out to put in a tap. A tech has been out several times. They state they cannot install related to construction needed and they will request and submit a ticket. No one shows up for construction. When I called this morning they have a different address attached to my phone number. Time to look for a different company? I’m beyond over this.
