Xfinity construction department

Does anyone know how to contact the Xfinity construction department directly I've been trying to get them out here for two months to no avail. I recently bought a house and doing construction. I need a big green box moved from my front yard to another location. they've sent three text out here to do the job and all they've done is take pictures. The last guy that was out here told me I have to go speak to a manager in person which I did she told me to email her a picture of the box and where I wanna move it which I also did. I've heard no response. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years and this is how they treat me. anybody have the construction departments contact?
