Xfinity Connect Pass

I keep getting an error that the hotspot has reached the max number of devices. I only have one device and can connect another, and the other won’t connect

@Booschkooter Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us on our Xfinity forums for help with the connection. I'm sorry to hear of the trouble with it showing a max number of devices are connected. I would love to help out in any way that I can, but I may be limited depending on the type of service you have. Are you using our awesome Xfinity Now Wi-Fi pass?
