Xfinity Connect page suddenly changed to "OX"

I access email through Xfinity Connect on my PC, via Chrome. Today I opened that tab, which had been left open from the previous night; I don't remember whether or not I refreshed it. It had a completely different format and the letters OX at upper left. When I opened Xfinity Connect in a different tab, it looked the same always. No OX. What is OX, and what is going on?

Hello, @English53 Clear your browser cache and then try this link and tell me if you are getting the same results.

Even without clearing my browser cache, clicking that link led to my normal Xfinity Connect email page. But, as I mentioned in my original post, I had been able to get there just by opening a new tab. So my questions were not about how to restore Xfinity Connect normality. They were 1)  What is OX? and 2) What is going on?

@English53 I'm not familiar with OX, so it's possible the link has broken and led you there. What you can do is send a screenshot if you believe it's related to Xfinity and I will research it further.

That is the top of the screen. OX, whatever it may be, clearly accesses my email accurately. My email inbox (in a different format from the usual) is complete and directly below.

Thank you for the screenshot. In doing the research on that OX heading that stands for Open-Xchange, which is the software platform that we use for your webmail interface. Seeing that logo normally means that you are looking directly at your inbox through the Xfinity's app suite. You should be able to sign out and sign back in to clear that designation. I have seen some customers getting that OX if they had chosen a keep me signed in option.

Does the appearance of this OX screen have anything to do with the migration to Yahoo--for instance, would it signal that my particular Yahoo migration was coming up in a certain amount of time? I would love to know when that migration will happen for me.

... What is OX, and what is going on?

I can't explain what is going on, but "OX" is a logo used by Open-Xchange, the company that provides Comcast/Xfinity's web email at connect.xfinity.com. I only see that logo (sometimes) on my phone. No idea what makes it come and go, but believe it is benign.
