Xfinity Connect page suddenly changed to "OX"
I access email through Xfinity Connect on my PC, via Chrome. Today I opened that tab, which had been left open from the previous night; I don't remember whether or not I refreshed it. It had a completely different format and the letters OX at upper left. When I opened Xfinity Connect in a different tab, it looked the same always. No OX. What is OX, and what is going on?

I can't explain what is going on, but "OX" is a logo used by Open-Xchange, the company that provides Comcast/Xfinity's web email at connect.xfinity.com. I only see that logo (sometimes) on my phone. No idea what makes it come and go, but believe it is benign.

I've noticed the "OX" appearing when I've left a browser tab attached to the mail client alone for some time before returning to it. Since Open-Xchange is the "root" company which provides e-mail services to not only Comcast but a number of other providers, I'm guessing that the system "forgets" which layer it's supposed to be showing after being left alone for awhile, and just defaults to "OX".
In other words, it's nothing to be concerned about; just a tiny peek behind the curtain of how these things are arranged.
