It's been along time since Comcast/Xfinity showed any type of good customer service. So YOU NEED TO KNOW I was very impressed with my experience with Felicia. She understood exactly 💯 what great customer service really can be. Felicia made it a ONE TRIP shop..she never tried to pawn my issue off ..She took the time to listen ..understand..and RESOLVE my issue herself and that is what Professional Customer Service is really about. When others were half listening to their customer only to then tell them "You need to call the call center for help" ...
