Xfinity Chat Representative asking for SSN and DoB
Hello Xfinity,
I was just talking over the chat to the chat assistant Ashwini about my xfinity essentials plan. Then they proceeded to bombard me with xfinity mobile plan offers and I said I would just take one $15 line. They then told me to go to this website and enter my SSN and DoB for verification. They then asked for my credit card numbers and that when I stopped. This is the link: https://iguard-po-1pp.slb.comcast.com:9443/ui/?A2453c3JcnGdix3FzmAa3H. Is my identity being stolen? Please help me!

Hi - I recently had the exact same experience with Xfinity Chat agent over text and that same site asking for my SSN & DOB. Did you find out anything further? Was this fraudulent?
