Xfinity chat assistant! [Edit]
This is the second try on here. Your chat assistant is impossible to get a live person to get answers on something this is not addressed in the options available. Apparently this format to complain isn’t much better because I keep getting kicked off when trying to submit. Through phone or chat if the options are not covering what the customer needs then please make it easier to reach a live person.

- Click "Sign In" if necessary

- Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
- Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
- Press Enter to send your message
