Xfinity changed my plan without my knowing or notification
I got an email from xfinity today with a link to complete my recent request. I did not make any recent request and have not call them in months. So i called customer service and while on the line i got another email that my order was confirmed. The lady in customer service asked if i authorized anyone else to call on my behalf and i told her no. Yet she is insisting that i had an agent or someone else call on my behalf and she cannot reverse the changes. What is going on?!

@user_hlizla Thanks for adding a post to the community. We recommend updating the password for your Xfinity account, and making sure you are the only person on the account in charge of making changes. Reset the password here http://www.xfinity.com/password. Once that is done report the changes you did not authorize to our Comcast Security Assurance team here https://spa.xfinity.com/contact-us. They will help investigate and provide a resolution asap.
