Xfinity changed appointment with no notice
I had an appointment scheduled with an xfinity technician for today at 12:00pm and nobody showed up. I checked the xfinity assistant and I saw that it says my appointment is now on Tuesday, with NO prior notice about this change in the appointment date and time. Who can I contact about this? (A real human being, not the useless AI assistant)

This is due to an issue with my internet dropping for 10 seconds every couple of minutes. It happens every day on all devices on the network throughout the whole day. This is unacceptable as I work from home and require a stable internet connection.
