Xfinity Caused Property Damage With No Accountability

@Xfinity This is absolutely unacceptable.

After nearly TWO YEARS of trying to get an exposed cable buried because my children and neighbors were tripping over it, Xfinity finally buried it — and destroyed our front lawn and landscaping in the process.

For the past 3–4 weeks, I have called repeatedly about the property damage. I’ve been told multiple times that tickets were escalated and someone would contact me within 24 hours. No one ever called.

Today I called AGAIN and spoke with a supervisor, who HUNG UP ON ME and then closed the open tickets without resolving anything.

Our landscaper has already had to repair part of the damage because it was a safety hazard, and several flowers/plants were destroyed and need to be replaced.

But NO ONE is taking accountability. Xfinity keeps stating that attempts have been made to contact me, yet I have had ZERO calls, ZERO voicemails, and ZERO email responses.

I need someone from Xfinity Corporate/Executive Customer Relations to contact me immediately. Stop closing tickets and calling this “resolved” when absolutely nothing has been resolved.

@user_l2xygo

Hopefully you took photos of the damage before the landscaper came in and made repairs?

user_l2xygo My team can look into your damage complaint concerns as we will want to check these tickets as well.

Click "Sign in" if necessary.

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

Click the "Start new conversion" (Pencil and paper) icon.

In the  "To:" Line, type "Xfinity Support".

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An  "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the  "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
