Xfinity caused fire hazard and damaged my property

xfinity hired subcontractors when this home was built that did not do the original wiring correctly. Even though there is a Xfinity box in my yard my wiring does not come from this box but from one half a block away.
This original mistake caused the house to have issues with getting even a small fraction of the WiFi speed we were paying for. Over the 16 years I leased this house I’ve made  literally 100”s of hours of calls to Xfinity trying to resolve this issue.
A a little over a decade ago one of the many technicians they sent to this home installed a booster to increase the speed. The problem then was that he installed the booster with the power source cable connected to the wall running along the 200 amp breaker box with screws in close proximity to and touching the breaker box. The booster that was installed had many open ports and was left hanging halfway out of the wall. This unknown to me for many years caused a disruption in the functionality of both the booster as well as the breaker box that is designed to sense any surges in current cutting off the power to protect the system and house.
There was a fire! The breakers Did Not kick off! We substained water damage from the aquarium that shorted out and leaked about 50 gallons of water onto the floor, luckily keeping the fire from spreading but the wires continued to burn because the breakers never tripped due to the Xfinity booster that fouled the breaker Box functionality. The house filled with smoke damaging all the furniture walls burning the carpet and wall which the Fire department cut holes in to make sure the fire was out before they left.
It wasn’t until many years later, after having a firefighter interview for one of the rooms being rented did he notice the Xfinity booster box as a fire hazard which he pointed out needing to be removed as soon as possible. Now an electrician will not work with another companies installations so I have to wait for an Xfinity tech to come out. The technician did confirm on recordings that the Xfinity booster box was in fact a serious issue which he removed immediately. I’ve since been trying to get Xfinity to pay for the damaged caused by Xfinity but have only gotten a run around of promises of call backs that have not been made and escalated tickets that have not been resolved. Xfinity negligence have put ourselves and renters in harms way for years due to faulty electrical installation and subsequently damaged our property but are unwilling to even call me back with a response or resolution.

There are recordings of the techs while in the home as well as a he conversations with support. There are notes and escalation tickets but nothing has been done. There is so much evidence to that Xfinity not only created a fire hazard but also caused a fire that not only damaged our property but risked the lives of the tenants living there.
