Xfinity can't find my apartment number

I've got a new apartment, in a triplex. We have Xfinity service in another apartment in the same building, but because Xfinity only has one address listed for the property, when the second tenant got internet the first tenant lost theirs. How do I help change the apartment to list units A, B, and C?

Good evening @user_45ji93, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums. To confirm, does the apartment have a bulk account with us?

No, it's simply a house that was converted to a triplex.

Any other ideas? This is still a problem.

Thank you for confirming that @user_45ji93! Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
