Xfinity cancelling all other internet tiers?
I got a call from Xfinity customer service, last week They we're trying to get me on a new plan. I was on the 850 tier. The person told me that Xfinity was cancelling all tiers but 1 Gig, so I would have to upgrade. Is this accurate?

@user_4b1c7d Thank you for contacting us here at the Xfinity Community Forums regarding this concern over the call you received and the information that was provided about Xfinity internet tiers. We most assuredly still provide a variety of internet speeds from 75 Mbps all the way up to Gigabit, which are always listed at www.xfinity.com.
You made the right call to reach out to our official support channels after receiving this call. I would be glad to review your account together just to confirm if we have records of this call as well as go over all the options currently available for your own services to ensure they are best suiting your household's needs!
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
