Xfinity cancelled my service suddenly

I was on the phone to move my Xfinity service to my future residence as we were having some address issues. After my call, my Xfinity service was suddenly cancelled. The app says I no longer have Xfinity service. I, of course, called Xfinity right back saying that my account was apparently cancelled by a call center agent mistakenly and wanted my account back. They said the old account was gone and tried to "sell" me a new service at a much higher price. This is unacceptable as I did not request any cancellation. I want to restore my service as it was before the error. The call center agents have been useless so far. I just want to restore my service.
