Xfinity Cancelled My Peacock Plan [Edited]

I signed up for Peacock November 2025 through Xfinity and today I no longer have access to watch shows and movies.

The subscription was supposed to be good for 2 years through Xfinity. Customer service was no help stating many different reasons for me not having access like me never having signed up or signing up through the wrong address. I have been watching Peacock through Xfinity this whole time. So how could I never have signed up? They were not accommodating and have made me want to change internet providers!! I have all the proof that I signed up within the 90 day period so it’s ridiculous that the are even lying like this. [Edited: "Solicitation"]

user_9fskqn Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can figure out what's preventing you from enjoying the awesome content on Peacock! You should definitely still have access to your subscription if you haven't made changes to your service. 
 
Please send a direct message to Xfinity Support by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address in the body of the message so I can find your account and get started on a resolution.
