Xfinity CANCELLED my internet for no reason and is making it horribly difficult to start again

For no reason this morning my internet wasn't working. I went on the app and it wouldn't even let me log in. It tried to go on the xfinity website and it kept saying access denied or "service not found." I called and was told that my service was disconnected (I never cancelled my service). I have two accounts on xfinity under my name and address and am not sure why. I was told the issue was resolved but six hours later still no internet. I called again and was told that the order was never completed. Xfinity is a MESS and I am so incredibly frustrated. I am at work and do not have the time to resolve this issue, and have two roommates that work from home and need access to stable internet. Completely disappointed in Xfinity and will be changing providers if this is not resolved.

@XfinityXavier​ No. I just started this service less than two weeks ago. I got a notification saying that $25 was refunded to my account and then the next day service was discontinued. I am on the phone with customer service now for the second time, and she says she is sending a signal to the modem. Hoping that works.
