Xfinity Canceled my appointment

I got the notification today that my appointment was canceled. I didn't cancel my appointment.

Same thing--but it came after I'd already met the guy at the appointed time. Who's minding the store? The guy who met with me had to ask 2 other people  in the store for answers to my questions. I think you' might be lucky not to waste your time. EXCEPT that I did get answers to my questions, AND I had to have a physical meet because the person who tried to help me on the phone had an accent so thick I couldn't understand her. Frustrating for both of us Xfinity!!
