Xfinity calling to return equipment I already returned

I have been receiving calls to return my comcast xfinity equipment even though I have returned all my previous equipments. I do not see any past equipments linked in my current account. How to get this resolved?

user_iel43o Thank you for reaching out to us over our Community Forums. There must still be a piece of equipment tied to your account that may not have been completely removed. We can have a look, and ensure everything lines up with your current account. Please send us a direct message. 
 
To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
