Xfinity callback system defaults to wrong phone number
Whenever I request a support callback on the Xfinity website, it populates the phone number to call with the wrong phone number (which has only one digit different than mine), but it populates the email address to send the callback confirmation to with my email address. If I don't remember to check for this it's too easy to miss that single incorrect digit and confirm the request.
Has anyone else experienced this? I've talked with Xfinity about it more than once and they always say the incorrect phone number isn't anywhere on my account. I don't see it anywhere on my account either. I'm done trying to work with Xfinity on the issue. I'm curious though if anyone else has the same problem.
