Xfinity call

I was supposedly eligible for iPhone 16 pro max all I had to go is trade my phones and get services with Xfinity I was supposedly eligible for 30 dollars internet services two phone lines for 30 dollars and payments on iPhone that was 800 dollars for both phones for 30 dollars now I’m stuck with a higher plan and no iPhone trade eligible please do better this is a scam
