Xfinity Cable line on old pole

I was wondering who I would contact about the pole my Xfinity Cable line is connected to.
My problem is about 2 weeks ago Consumers Energy (Battle Creek, MI) put in a new pole across from my house but left my Xfinity Cable line on the old pole. The old is now leaning bad enough that with all strong storms and strong winds I am scared that the pole will fall and rip the cable off my house.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
