Xfinity cable laying in my front yard, unburied

Monday, May 11, 2026 @ 1739 hrs, Day 53 of having my Xfinity cable laying in my yard.  Xfinity Support send me a message on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 @ 1522 hrs, letting me know that the (cable) burial was completed on Friday (no date given but I assume it was Friday, May 1, 2026).  I HAD been providing a daily update via DM in the support conversation, but I stopped as I had nothing to contribute and Xfinity was probably tired of said updated.  I checked back in to my DM conversation and saw the message about the cable being buried.  NO, NOPE, DIDN'T HAPPEN!  Xfinity may have put in a NEW cable, BUT did nothing about taking away the old cable OR fixing where it is aboveground next to my driveway.  I'm venting on this public platform to let others know of my situation.  DAY 53 OF HAVING A CABLE LAYING IN MY YARD.
