Xfinity Business Mobile reward offer
Hello. I signed up for Xfinity Business Mobile service on 1/30/23. It was under the BYOD offer with a $200 Visa card once per line. It is 6/3/23 and I still haven’t received my card and I can’t find any information on the incentive website. How can I escalate this?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
