Xfinity BROKEN
Right as I finished writing here to state that Xfinity was totally inoperable and could not be contacted no matter what, the site crashed!! What a coincidence!!
I’ve been trying for almost 2 weeks to get an internet subscription. Xfinity’s website will not let me. No matter what. My account that I’ve signed up for repeatedly and have confirmation for doesn’t seem to exist either. I can’t sign into anything.
The website finally started working enough to let me purchase a subscription, but I received to receipt or confirmation. And I still can’t sign into the website or app to view anything. And the outrageous AI agent can’t comprehend the problem I’m having and keeps telling me to do the one thing I can’t do - sign in.
I absolutely need confirmation ASAP on whether or not a subscription was established. And I need it canceled because I cannot access anything regarding it. I need a receipt. I need to talk to a human.
My job also demands I don’t have my phone for approximately 10 hours. By the time I get off, there aren’t humans available to speak with anymore. Who do I even talk to for customer support?? Why does Xfinity make it so impossible??
