XFINITY broke my TV

This is my third time trying to use this forum, what a joke. When I say I have an issue, all the sudden oops… Something went wrong. On July 20,

<Edited: "Personal Information"> experienced a storm. My LG TV, model number 60UM6900PUA was unplugged. The Xfinity coaxial cable was plugged in through the Xfinity box. My resident lost power, when the power was restored, the television no longer worked. Also destroyed was the Xfinity box. This is the fourth television. I have lost when I have had a coaxial cable plugged into the television during the storm. This is the second television I have lost in my primary bedroom. I am seeking to file a claim for the television Xfinity destroyed in the amount of $850 which was the original purchase price of the television a few years ago.

Hello, @user_a6u845 how are you? I hope overall everything is okay after the storm. Our team can take the right steps to review and help. Typically, when a storm knocks out power and that causes damage this does not result in a successful dispute. Just wanted to give you a heads-up. But our dedicated team will always do all we can, we’ll have this reviewed. We just need to work in a direct message, so we can take a closer look at your account.

You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page. Once we locate your account we'll send you a verification message to authenticate your account.

@XfinityJosephA Did you even read what I wrote.  I am not requested a refund for time lost during an outage.  I am requesting that XFINITY replace my TV that was unplugged, EXCEPT the coax cable connected to the XFINITY box.  The XFINITY box was destroyed, my TV was destroyed.  This is the 4th TV destroyed by XFINITY services.  I want this one replaced.
