Xfinity billing and service
I have been with Xfinity for almost a year and it has been the worst experience of my life don’t get me wrong the actual service is great their billing department is terrible their ethics questionable and border line fraud. I’ve have now retained an attorney because of billing practices and the fact that my information was stolen in store in Little Rock Arkansas and not one time did Xfinity act upon my concerns or fire the lady who stole my personal information and put a Xfinity phone in my name. Calling the billing dept takes hours not mins and normally results in me screaming and angry because the way they are allowed to speak to customers. I would not recommend using them for anything unless you want to put your personal security information(social security number) and everything out there.
