Xfinity Bill issue

I was told to pay 137.00 to restore service I paid 150.00 that's all I have for now.

It's not asking for 200 and something to restore service. Xfinity was never this way. What is happening 

I work from home. And have online classes any help on this. I called an unable to speak with a live person. That dam AI kept talking to me any help on this
