Xfinity bait and switch into plan that was supposed to be the same and turns out not even close!!!!

dont even know where to begin....called to remove a box from my plan...was pitched a new plan that was supposed to be exactly the same (in reality not even close), suckered into getting a mobile phone for free (not true)....realized what happend and immediated called back to report the lies and get the transaction reversed...they now say we cannot do anything for you....i have the transcipt from my agent chat and still waiting for management to call me back to fix this SERIOUS issue.....i have loved xfinity for 15+ years and now i am at a loss for words.....

hoping that is the case...working on this for a few hours now...at least your current employee is trying to help....way more than the prior two....sure wish there was consistency with people in this important group....

The same has just happened to me. I called to get my tv working and was offered a promotion that would provide all my channels for a reduction of 30 dollars. Accepted and noticed within hours all my premium channels were gone. When I called they told me that I was on a legacy plan that I couldn't get back. If I added the channels back in it would cost me 38 dollars more than I was previously paying. Bait and switch program to get older legacy plans off the system. Now on my third representative. I have told them I don't care if they give me the premium channels and provide a discount of 38 dollars a month so I can get the same channels back.
