Depending on the browser you use have you looked for a setting for stopping pop-ups?

Sign in to your Xfinity Email using the Xfinity app

Sign in to the Xfinity app.
Approve the sign-in attempt via push notification, facial recognition, one-touch fingerprint ID, or a traditional verification code.
- Don't have two-step verification set up? Check out two-step verification for signing in and Xfinity app setup.
Select Check email.

Sign in to your Xfinity Email on connect.xfinity.com

Visit connect.xfinity.com.
Enter your Xfinity ID and click Let's go.
Enter your password and click Sign In.
Approve the sign-in attempt via push notification, facial recognition, one-touch fingerprint ID, or a traditional verification code.
