Xfinity Assistant.

The robot refuses to transfer me to an agent for technical support. The Xfinity assistant seems clueless. Cannot give info, but keeps insisting it will help. Will not transfer me to live agent. My device does not do apps and my phone does not text. How do I get a live agent either on the phone or the chat box?
