Xfinity Assistant Terrible Experience
I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with my internet service, and the Xfinity Assistant appears to be the only option for service. The experience has been awful. It keeps taking me through the same troubleshooting steps that fail every time, and when I ask for an agent, it doesn’t connect me to a person, despite repeated attempts. Horrible customer service.
