Xfinity ask me to return equipment but I don't have any

I received letters etc. asking me to pay $150 but I use my own modem and router. Weird. I don't use tv service

Oh yikes! We'll be glad to take a look at the account and see if we can figure out why those letters are being sent to you, @user_02b6d1. Please use the following instructions to send us a direct message:

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon:

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
