Xfinity app says no internet yet I have internet

Tried Android and Apple device. Just got the internet and I cannot open app. Where is phone number to fix it. Yes I tried toggle wifi on/off different devices. App will not open says I dont have internet but I do.

Im about to cancel the service after 2 hours of ownership

Hey there! I’m really sorry for how frustrating this has been, especially right after getting service set up. I can see how not being able to even open the app would make this feel like a rough start.

Since you do have internet, this sounds more like an app connectivity or activation issue rather than your actual service being down.

 

If possible, uninstall and reinstall the Xfinity app, then sign back in. 
 
Can you please share if you are still having trouble or if you are receiving any error message (like wrong/reset password)?
