Xfinity app says my cable box can't be reached

My app says my br cable box cannot be reached. All of the cables are tight and I have power cycled it multiple times. It just got delivered and replaced my old one. It has one channel that is active though.

Was this ever figured out? Because, ever since a tech replaced my box, it's been saying this. Almost a week now.
