Xfinity App only displays Overview and Account tabs

I recently renewed my xfinity service and the app tells me I have a payment past due even though I don't. I want to set up my modem and internet but I'm unable to with my current app setup. Please help

peachez_41 Thank you so much for coming to our Xfinity community forums for help with your online account balance and new modem activation. If you renewed your promotion option none of your account information would have changed online. I would recommend starting from the Xfinity ID and going from there. Make sure you are not using any saved login information and go to the Xfinity ID lookup tool. From there enter your mobile number or email address you use to get the one-time use code before you made the change. This will show you the Xfinity ID set for your account. You can use that with your password to log in at Xfinity.com or in the Xfinity app. You may want to clear your cache and cookies and close all your other browser windows as well. Let me know if that does not help.
