Xfinity app issue

Hello,

The Xfinity app shows O GB data usage starting from April 1, which is incorrect. Prior to April, the data usage was displayed accurately, so this seems to be a glitch or issue with the app. Can you help me resolve this problem?

Good evening @user_7uytrv. Thanks for reporting your XFINITY app not reading your data usage correctly. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name and full address, we can check things on our end to see if we can identify the issue. 
 

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
