Xfinity AI assistant and app are trash

Just want to talk to a human being. The "AI" is completely scripted pushing the same response over and over. Clicking on the links that the assistant provides brings me to a sorry not available page. Trying to explore offers for faster Internet but  will probably go with an offer from a different ISP that allows me to actually talk with a humans when I need to. A company with all your resources should be better with CX, do better.
