xfinity agent is trying to cheat me with a order, which i never placed.
I have started a chat and asked a question about my account.
Agent said, he will send a link and i have to approve it to give my answers.
It turned out to be, he is making to place a new order in my account.
when i asked about it, agent simply said its mistake and he restarted my internet connetion or did some thing, where i lost my internet too :-(
I have all the screenshots with me, in case if the management from xfinity wants to enquire about it through your email id, i will share the screenshots

Thanks so much for providing us with this information @user_luke. I am sorry to hear about your experience, I'm sure i would feel the same in your shoes.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
