Xfinity agent changed my plan without consent

Xfinity agent changed my plan without my permission. 
I am now being told my old plan no longer exists as it was a promotion.

Please send help the customer support line has been absolutely useless.

To send a Direct Message:

 

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.

Thanks, I’ve sent them a message. I also asked to speak to a manager yesterday and was told I’d receive a call back within 24 hours. That did not happen and when I called again the agent I spoke to was rude to me on the phone. So I would very much appreciate if this issue could be handled as soon as possible. Thanks again.
