Hello user_5hln4z, that's never a situation we want anyone to experience over any platform, and I'd love a chance to make things right and review this more. Before we dive in, were you able to get your initial concerns addressed? If not, can you please share some details regarding the reason you were reaching out for help?
I was initially asking help because I had an agent make changes to my account and take one of my cable boxes off the account which I did not ask them to do so. I was having an agent put that box back onto my account so it would start working again as explaining to him. Every time I ask for an agent to make changes to my account they messed things up and I have to call back and ask them to fix it. I was venting my frustration on this process. Why every time changes are made to my account? I have to call back later to have it fixed and for some reason the agent in the chat text called me an <Edited: Language>.
I am sorry that you have had to reach out more than once for any change. I would be frustrated by that as well and are glad you are bringing this to our attention. I will need to access your account so I can gather the details of the chat interaction and report that to the proper channels.
