Xfinity Agent Call-Back

Can you please provide a way to get a callback from a customer service agent ASAP?

I also need a live agent call back. I have multiple issues I need help addressing. I have been trying repeatedly to speak to a live agent and get the same auto response options that don’t address any of my needs. If I don’t speak to a live agent, I am canceling all of my services. This is terrible customer service.

Customer service? I asked a rep for the number to file a complaint and they gave me the wrong number and some bogus email address that doesn't exist. I'm about to go to social media and see if I can get them to respond to me there. This is RIDICULOUS!!! Spent 2 hours on the phone with 6 different people all telling me something different and now I can't even talk to someone to complain about it. How is that even possible? I work retail and get grief about customer reviews CONSTANTLY but these guys are free from scrutiny? I don't believe it.

I cannot fathom how this is called Customer "Service"; they list callback options for live reps but don't allow you to actually speak to them, they just refer you back to the cheap, automated chat that doesn't actually answer questions but gives you options that have nothing to do with your actual problem. This is a disgrace – IF Comcast actually does provide callbacks from live agents, how about you prove it by LISTING THE ACTUAL NUMBER FOR A LIVE HUMAN BEING, NOT THE SAME AUTOMATED ONE THAT NO ONE IS ASKING FOR.

In the future If you do need help, we ask that you create a public post first. Once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so and we can assist you from there.
