Xfinity Added Unauthorized Charges, Refused to Remove Them — AND My Phone Still Doesn’t Work. This Is Dangerous.
I am beyond furious with Xfinity. I reached out to customer support because my mobile device’s eSIM is not working — not abroad, not even in the U.S. As someone who travels internationally, this is extremely dangerous. If something happened to me, I would have no way to contact anyone. No calls, no texts, no service. Nothing.
Instead of actually fixing this serious issue, the online agent decided to slap an unrelated charge onto my HOME INTERNET plan without my consent.
Let me spell it out:
I never asked for it. I never approved it. It had NOTHING to do with why I contacted them.
And when I confronted the agent about adding an unauthorized charge, they had the nerve to refuse to remove it — while STILL not fixing my original, potentially life-threatening problem.
So now I’m stuck with an eSIM that doesn’t work anywhere, no ability to use my phone in an emergency, and an extra charge they tried to sneak onto my bill.
This is not just bad customer service — this is reckless, predatory, and completely unacceptable. If this is how Xfinity treats customers with serious service issues, people deserve to know. And I am absolutely prepared to make this go viral until Xfinity fixes their mess and stops scamming customers.
Fix my service. Fix the charges. And fix your broken customer support.
