Xfinity added streaming services to my internet and a mobile line without permission

I cannot even begin to explain this nightmare.  Xfinity keeps adding streaming services to my internet invoice and then they insist I approved it.  I never approved it.  I call every month to cancel the unwanted streaming then they add it next month again.  Then they won't credit me the full amount they stole.  Each phone call takes up to 2 hours.  Yesterday's call was 2 hours and 19 minutes. After that call, I get an email telling me to activate my streaming services.  I wanted to die.  They stole $165  from me and it took every ounce of energy I had to get reimbursed, but they only reimbursed me $118.  Now I find out they signed me up for a mobile line unauthorized.  This company is an enormous scam perpetrated on us.  I filed a complaint with FCC and will also be getting an attorney to end this horrible scam.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_h4ffoi , Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I’m really sorry for the amount of frustration you have had when trying to get this resolved, I completely understand why you’re exhausted. Before anything else, I’d recommend changing your Xfinity ID password and making sure it’s unique to this account. If you have X1 or use Xfinity Stream, setting up a Purchase PIN can add another layer of protection against purchases or channel subscriptions being added through those services.

Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address. I’d like the opportunity to review what’s happening with the streaming services, mobile line, and billing with you.
