Xfinity $100 Prepaid Gift Card

I was supposed to get a gift card for signing up with internet but now they are saying I'm not qualified even though i still have the same service.

Welcome to our Community Forum, @user_u8i17m! I know I'd be upset if I qualified for a gift card and never received it. Have you checked here for the status of your reward?

Yes i did and already spoke with someone too and they gave me a ticket # yesterday then last night i got a text that they close the ticket without explanation as to why.
