Xfi/ port forwarding

Hi Xfinity Support, 

I’m trying to set up port forwarding so I can host a game server. When I signed into the Xfinity admin page and navigated to the Port Forwarding section, it directed me to use the Xfinity app instead. However, when I open the app, there is no option for port forwarding.

Could you please help me access the port forwarding settings or let me know if there’s something I’m missing?

The port forward in xfinity app does not work! The ip address in port forward does not match to the actual device. When I look at device info the ip is different. I have already restarted the gateway and no change. Other suggestions on the forums that I found don't work either. This is ridiculous!

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
