Xfi Pods Return

Hello, I have submitted the return form to return my xfi pod two times and I have not recieved a reply. Please provide me with detail instructions on how to return the xfi pod

After the form is submitted, you should receive an email within 48 hours with next steps.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive a response the last two attempts, @user_606562. Just to confirm, did you by any chance check all of your folders in your email? We've been informed that these emails may occasionally be in other folders other than your inbox.
