xFi pods return

I'm having the same issue and now Xfinity is telling me they won't take them back for a return or exchange because they are past the warranty time-frame. This isn't acceptable because they are defective. I pay Xfinity almost $200 a month for service and the level of customer service in return is horrible regarding this matter. How can you sell me a defective product, that's a safety hazard and not take them back?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out @user_895a05. This certainly sounds like a frustrating experience. We never want this to happen to our loyal Comcast customers. Let’s take a look together and see if something can be done to help with your pods. Can you send us a private message with your full name, name of account holder (if different) and service address? To send a private message, please click the chat icon next to the bell in the upper right corner. Click the “notepad and pen” button. Send the full message to our shared support handle “Xfinity Support”. We look forward to hearing from you!

I still haven't been able to come to an agreement with Xfinity on this matter. Can someone please contact me?

Hello and thanks for reaching back out. Since it has been some time since we last verified you, may I have your first and last name, along with your full service address? -Aaron

I no longer work for Comcast.
